Your flowers will be hand-delivered by a local florist.
If you provide a delivery address at checkout, you choose the delivery date. If the recipient provides the delivery address, they choose the delivery date.
Delivery is available Monday to Saturday to all 50 States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Sunday delivery is not available.
For same-day-delivery - orders must be placed before 1:00 PM in the recipient's time zone. During peak holiday periods (Valentine's Day,Mother's Day, Christmas, Easter etc.) same-day-delivery cutoff time may be earlier.
Delivery hours for florists are generally between 9:00AM and 5:00PM.

When you place your order which requires the recipient to provide a delivery address, we will put a hold on your credit card for the order amount. We only charge your credit card if, and when, the recipient accepts to receive your flowers.
Orders delivered in the United States are billed in $US, orders delivered to Canada are billed in $CA

The utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
When a substantial substitution (flowers used, size, or shape of your arrangement) is required, we will contact you.

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel an order.
We will honor a request to cancel an order if we receive the request before the florist has begun fulfilling the order.
If we are able to cancel an order, you receive a full refund.

We will honor a request from you to change an order if we receive the request before the florist has begun fulfilling the order.
If you are changing the delivery date, we will honor that when possible.
If you are changing an order, we will refund you the difference when the order is less than your original order, or charge you the difference if the order is more than the original order.
