Thank you for using Social Flowers. Our goal is to make sending and receiving flowers simple, thoughtful, and uplifting. These Terms explain how our service works for both senders and recipients when you use SocialFlowers.com or the Social Flowers ChatGPT experience (“Social Flowers,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using Social Flowers — including placing an order or accepting flowers — you agree to these Terms.
How Social Flowers Works
You can send flowers in two ways:
When you provide the delivery address
- You choose the delivery date at checkout.
- Your payment method is charged at checkout.
When the recipient provides the delivery address
- You place an order without needing the recipient’s address.
- A secure acceptance link (called a “You’ve Got Flowers” link) is sent to the recipient when you provide their email or mobile number, or you may deliver the link yourself through your preferred messaging or social media platform.
- For privacy and security, share this link only with the intended recipient, as anyone with the link can accept the flowers.
- The recipient has 7 days to accept and enter their delivery address.
- We place only a temporary payment hold when you place the order.
- You are charged only if the recipient accepts.
- If the recipient declines or does not accept within 7 days, the hold is automatically released and the order does not proceed.
This process protects the privacy of both senders and recipients.
Prices
- All prices include delivery and any applicable taxes.
- U.S. deliveries are billed in USD.
- Canadian deliveries are billed in CAD.
Delivery
- Flowers are hand-delivered by a local independent florist.
- Delivery is available Monday through Saturday.
- Delivery is available across the United States (including Puerto Rico) and Canada.
- Sunday delivery is not available.
- Same-day delivery cutoff is typically 1:00 PM in the recipient’s time zone; earlier during peak holidays.
- Florist delivery hours are generally 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Florist or product availability, delivery details, or weather conditions may require adjustments.
Payments
Credit Cards
If you provide the delivery address:
- You are charged at checkout.
If the recipient provides the delivery address:
- A temporary hold is placed on your payment method.
- You are charged only if the recipient accepts within 7 days.
- You do not need to contact us to remove this hold — it is released automatically if the recipient does not accept.
Cryptocurrency
We accept several cryptocurrencies displayed at checkout.
When using cryptocurrency:
- Payment is completed at the time of purchase.
- If a refund is needed (including if the recipient does not accept), it is issued in the same cryptocurrency, based on the fiat value of the order at the time of refund.
- Exchange rates may affect the final cryptocurrency amount refunded.
Substitutions
If substitutions are needed to ensure delivery:
- We keep your arrangement as similar as possible to what you selected.
- If a substantial change is required (flowers, size, or style), we will contact you when possible.
Cancelling or Changing an Order
Please contact us as early as possible.
Cancellations
We can cancel your order and provide a full refund if the florist has not yet started preparing the order.
Changes
If the florist has not started the order, we can cancel it and you may place a new one.
Once preparation has begun, changes may not be possible.
Sharing Pictures, Videos, and Reviews
- Recipients may choose to share photos or videos of their flowers.
- The current credit schedule is shown here.
- Recipients may also choose whether shared content or reviews may be published by Social Flowers.
Sender and Recipient Privacy
- The recipient sees only the sender’s chosen Display Name, card message, and the initial message that accompanies the acceptance link.
- The sender sees only whether the recipient accepted or declined, and any optional reply the recipient chooses to send.
- A recipient’s delivery address is never shared with the sender.

Proper Use
Social Flowers is intended to create positive and uplifting experiences.
You may not use the service:
- to send harmful, harassing, or abusive messages
- to impersonate someone
- to mislead or deceive
- for any illegal or inappropriate purpose
We may cancel and refund an order at our discretion if it violates these standards.
Who May Use Social Flowers
- You must be 18 or older to place an order.
- Recipients may be any age; a parent or guardian may accept on their behalf.
Limits on Responsibility
We work hard to provide excellent service.
However:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, product availability, or delivery issues.
- We are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
This does not affect rights that cannot be limited by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
