Information Collection and Use

Social Flowers collects information from the sender and recipient during the ordering process on our website.

The sender may provide contact information (like name and billing address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). The recipient may provide a delivery address. This information is used to fill orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the sender or recipient.

The recipient will only be given the name of the sender as provided by the sender, the card message as supplied by the sender, and the message the recipient receives at the same time as their “You‘ve Got Flowers” link from the sender. The sender will only be given the message that accompanies receipt or decline of the flowers.

Social Flowers is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell or share this information to others in any way other than to deliver an order or to monitor, maintain, correct, and improve our service.

We use contractors for technical, marketing, and other services.

These companies and contractors are not permitted to retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
