Billing, Credit Card Authorizations and Currency

  • If you choose to have the recipient provide a delivery address, you will only be charged if the recipient accepts your flowers.
  • If the recipient does not accept, you will not pay anything for the order and you do not need to contact us.
  • When you place your order which requires the recipient to provide a delivery address, we will put a hold on your credit card for the order amount. We only charge your credit card if and when the recipient accepts to receive your flowers.
  • Orders delivered in the United States are billed in $US, orders delivered to Canada are billed in $CA.

Privacy and Information Sharing

  • We do not share personal information of the sender and recipient with the other party. This is governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • You will know if your flowers were accepted or not. This information can be found in the Account section when you are logged in.
  • The recipient will not be told how much you paid for the flower arrangement.
  • Flower arrangements do not have the item name or price when they are delivered.

Prices

  • The price displayed for an item is the Grand Total Price, which includes the price of the flowers, the price of the delivery, any service charges, and any applicable taxes.

Delivery and Delivery Dates

  • Your flowers will be hand-delivered by our preferred local florist.
  • If you provide a delivery address at checkout, you choose the delivery date. If the recipient provides the delivery address, they will also choose the delivery date.
  • Delivery is available Monday to Saturday to all 50 States, Puerto Rico and Canada. Sunday delivery is not available.
  • For same day delivery - orders must be placed before 1:00 PM in the recipient's time zone. During peak holiday periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, Easter etc.) same day delivery cutoff time may be earlier.
  • Normal delivery hours for our preferred florists are between 9:00AM and 7:00PM.

Substitution

  • Substitution of flowers may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered.
  • The utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
  • There shall be no substitution in type of arrangement; that is, no change in size or shape.
  • If there is a substantial substitution required, we will contact you.

Cancel an Order

  • We will honor a request to cancel an order provided that the process of fulfilling the flower order has not already begun by your local florist.
  • Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel an order.
  • If we are able to cancel an order, the money paid will be fully refunded.

Change an Order

  • We will honor a request from you to change an order provided that the process of fulfilling the flower order has not already begun by our local florist.
  • Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change an order.
  • If you are changing the delivery date, we will honor that where possible.
  • If you are changing the items ordered, in cases where your new order total is less than your previous order total, we will credit you the difference.
  • In cases where your new order total is greater than your previous order total, you will be charged for the difference.

 


All prices shown are the Grand Total price which includes taxes and delivery.

After checkout, you will receive a link for the recipient to accept flowers. You can directly send the recipient the link in any way you like including through social media.
